What you share

Contact forms collect your name, email, optional phone, property preferences, message and consent. We record the originating page and campaign tags when supplied so Dane can understand your request.

How it is used

Dane uses your information to respond to your request, coordinate real estate services and manage follow-up. It is stored in Cloudflare services used by this site. If an authorized CRM is connected, your inquiry may be transferred there to support the same purpose. Contact preferences are respected; no newsletter subscription is created by the inquiry form.

Saved homes

A shortlist is stored in your browser. It stays on your device until you submit a contact form that includes the saved listing IDs. Clear it with the shortlist controls or your browser’s site-data settings.

External services

Fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts. The MLS search opens on danekrone.com and has its own data practices. Other external links are governed by their providers’ policies.

Retention and requests

Inquiries are retained while needed to respond and provide requested services, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact Dane at [email protected] to ask about access, correction, removal or stopping contact.
