The source was published in December 2020; Wikimedia Commons records a completed license review.
Changes: a 24-second excerpt from 3:21–3:45, resized and encoded for the web without audio, with a separate portrait crop for smaller screens. The poster is a frame from the same excerpt. The homepage crops the video to fit the screen; the full-screen film preserves its wider composition. This is real aerial archive footage. It illustrates the city rather than current property inventory or today's building conditions.
